Fragile Footprints Palliative Care is part of Cranberry Hospice at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth. This organization provides children with life-limiting illnesses the medical and spiritual guidance to identify the resources required to fill the needs of each family. The team of doctors, nurses, social workers, child life specialists, spiritual care, and volunteers work as a team with these families and the community to provide strength and support.
The Jordan Hospital Club first hosted this event in 2019. We are proud to work closely with Cranberry Hospice and its team to support these very important and much-needed programs.
