Hometown Hero Nominations
On Thursday September 23, 2021, The Jordan Hospital Club will be hosting a Fashion Show Fundraiser sponsored by JMcLaughlin at the Plimoth Plantation in Plymouth Ma, to benefit Fragile Footprints.
Sponsored by BID Plymouth and Cranberry Hospice Palliative Care, Fragile Footprints is part of the Massachusetts Pediatric Care Network and is designed to complement existing services to meet the needs of eligible children with life-limiting illness and their families. The organization helps parents identify resources and fill unmet needs in their time of need. Children, their siblings, schools and other health care providers are supported by a compassionate, specially trained team of pediatricians, nurses, social workers, child life specialists, volunteers, spiritual care and complimentary therapy practitioners.
Two years ago, our committee selected the models. This year, we would like the community to nominate our models. We are looking for people who have donated, volunteered or given back above and beyond to help others during the Pandemic. This person could work in a healthy care facility, a first responder, a person who organized a food drive, help with the homeless, volunteered in clinic, was a teacher - the hero characteristics are endless.
If you know someone who fits this description, please nominate them below. We will be choosing 10 models from the nominations. Nominations are due Monday, August 23. Winners will be announced the week of August 30.
***Nominees MUST be willing to model and be available on September 23rd for the event.
